Why batteries maintenance work be done properly and regularly?
Through planned maintenance work, not only can catastrophic
accidents, economic losses, and personal injuries be avoided; it
can also ensure that the backup power supply is always in a normal
state, especially in the case of an emergency.
This load bank is designed to discharge batteries with a precisely
controlled current – adjustable from zero to the maximum rated
value – while keeping the battery voltage under control.
The control board measures the total capacity (Ah) discharged from
the battery while the individual cell voltages are constantly
monitored during the complete discharge cycle.
JET-AG 110B12 Load Bank, is for 110V battery bank, and discharge
current is max 120A.
It performs constant current and constant power discharging to help
us know batteries’ capacity exactly, and real-time display the
parameters during testing. Load Bank is widely used in
telecommunication station, data center, UPS system and etc.

Key Functions
- On-line monitoring function
When the battery pack is under the state of online discharge,
uniform charge or floating charge, it performs real-time online
monitoring for all cells. The monitoring items include pack
voltage, cell voltage, pack charge/discharge current, pack
charge/discharge capacity, pack monitoring time, and etc.
It can also monitor the temperature and to better known the state
of each cell. (optional function)
The battery pack is removed from system. It performs constant
current discharge after setup the parameters. It shows real-time
data, such as discharge current, discharge time, discharge
capacity, pack voltage, cell voltage, and etc. Discharging can be
stopped by the set parameters or artificially.

cell voltage, discharge time, discharge capacity. It can be also
stopped artificially.

3, 100 groups of on-line monitoring data and 100 groups of

What items should Lead-acid batteries be checked frequently?
1, the floating voltage
2, if there is looseness, heat generation and corrosion in the
connection. Must be cleaned in time and anti-rust. Loose connection
will cause burning.
3, if there is leakage and deformation of the battery shell, and if
there is heating.
4. if there is acid mist escaping around the pole and safety valve
(frost phenomenon).
